ARTEMIDA ART / INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026.

With your consent to analytics, we also use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel, for visit and page-view statistics without analytics cookies. In our implementation, we remove query parameters and section identifiers from page addresses before sending them. You can manage your choice through the cookie settings. Read more about the tool in Vercel’s privacy information for Web Analytics.

Who is responsible for the data?

The data controller is Artemida Art j.d.o.o. For privacy questions and to exercise your rights, write to info@artemida.art.

Enquiries and working together

When you send us an email, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, the message content and attachments to reply and agree on a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For other business communication, we rely on the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries (point (f)). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details.

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related communication. If we begin working together, we keep the data throughout that relationship and afterwards when required for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We keep business documents required by law for the prescribed retention periods (point (c)).

Technical data

When you access the website, the server processes data necessary to deliver its content, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and browser information. The purpose is operation, security and detecting misuse, based on the legitimate interest of operating the website securely. Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose and to resolve security incidents.

Analytics only with consent

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only if you accept analytics cookies. Google then processes information about pages visited, the browser, device and interactions, and network data necessary for communication. The purpose is to understand how the website is used, and the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). We do not send the content of your emails to Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the implementation.

You can withdraw consent using the “Cookie settings” button on the Cookies page, available through the footer link. Withdrawal stops further analytics and removes accessible analytics cookies from this domain; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you do not accept, Google Analytics does not load.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data to the extent necessary to provide their services, as may competent authorities where required by law. When analytics is enabled, the recipient is Google Ireland Limited and its affiliated companies. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, using applicable transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Send your request to info@artemida.art. We respond without undue delay, generally within one month; in complex cases, the period may be extended in accordance with the GDPR, and we will inform you. If necessary, we will request only the data needed to verify your identity.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.

Storing your choice and changes

We store your cookie choice in your browser for 180 days. Details about storage and cookie duration are available on the Cookies page. We update this information when our processing or the services used change.
